Preschool/Daycare/Aftercare Fees

Kay-Dee Fee Structure 2025

Educare Fees are Structured depending Services provided (educare children):

  • Full Day Fees  -  07h00 to 18h00 (includes School Holidays)
  • Half Day Fees  -  07h00 to 12h00 (mornings only; includes School Holidays)
  • Aftercare Fees  -  13h00 to 18h00 (afternoons only; includes School Holidays)
  • Full Day Casual Fees
  • Half Day Casual Fees
  • Early Arrival - 06h30 to 07h00 services available (arrangements can be made)
Fees include FREE Extra-Mural Activities and/or Workbooks:
  • African Dance and Drums - 1x per week for 3+ years for Grade R/0
  • Karate - 1x per week for 3+ years to Grade R/0
  • Workbooks - termly for 4+ years to Grade R/0
Optional Extra-Mural Activities:
  • Baking - 2x per month for ALL AGES 2+ years to Grade R/0
  • Computers - 1x per week for ALL AGES 3+ years to Grade R/0
  • Swimming - 1x per week for ALL AGES 2+ years to Grade R/0
  • Gymnastics - 1x per week for ALL AGES 3+ years to Grade R/0 (from 2nd term only)
Afterschool Care Fees are Structured depending Services provided (school going children):
  • Afterschool care Fees  -  13h00 to 18h00 (includes transport, lunch, homework supervision & school holidays (breakfast & activities)
  • Afterschool care Fees  -  13h00 to 18h00 (includes transport, lunch, homework supervision & excludes school holidays)
  • Full Day Casual Fees
  • Half Day Casual Fees
  • Early Arrival - 06h30 to 07h00 services available (arrangements can be made; school holidays only)
